Depersonalization, Unreality / Depersonalization‚ Derealization

By admin | Jul 29, 2008

There is a symptom not often mentioned in panic attack literature that I would like to discuss. It is the sensation of unreality‚ this sensation is called depersonalization by psychologists. Many people who experience panic attacks and anxiety attacks become distressed by this sensation and feel they may be losing their mind.

Anxiety Meds or Alternative

By admin | Sep 9, 2007

There are as many different and diverse anxiety treatments as there are anxiety disorders. You can choose either traditional anxiety meds or you could go for an alternative route. No matter what type of alternative anxiety meds that you choose to try, talking with your doctor or a psychiatrist will let you know what’s best for you.Besides the known remedies of Aromatherapy, there are the healing properties of herbalism, where you use fresh and or dried herbs to achieve the results that you’re looking for. Before you go out and buy different herbs though you should consult a trained and experienced herbalist. This way you’ll not only know the different herbs that you can use, you’ll be aware of their side effects, if they’re good for you to use, and the best ways to take them and the dosage amount.

Boys seems to be immune against such effects.
