A nice review, panic away has helped me a lot, I`ve manage to overcome all my anxiety symptoms and those horrible panic attacks.

Xanax has worked as well, but it`s not the cure.

i agree with you. books are your references. you have to apply everything what the book says inoder to see result. this is a great review.
